~ Aoi Tenka Season / Limited Quantity Sake ~ Junmai Ginjo “New Year Freshly Squeezed”
“Junmai Ginjo Aizan Nama Genshu Unfiltered” is a seasonal and limited quantity product that has been well received every year.
This sake is made from 100% Aiyama, which is called the diamond of sake rice, and is carefully squeezed in a fune.
Unfiltered raw unprocessed sake of Junmai Ginjo "Aizan" which is rare in other places. Tightened with Aiyama-like acidity, it was finished with a crisp dry finish.
