"Kura Master" is judged by local professionals, including French people, top sommeliers of five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, hotel and culinary schools, and wine journalists.Sake competition held in Paris, France。
In 2024, a total of 1,223 sakes were gathered in six categories: the "Junmai Sake Division," "Daiginjo Division," "Junmai Daiginjo Sake Division," "Salmon Sparkling Division," "Classic Yuzuri Division," and "Aged Sake Division," and a total of 1,223 items were held as blind tastings.
