夏季限定「生だもんで」発売
静岡県のみに供給される酒造好適米「令和誉富士」を100%使用し、静岡が誇る「静岡酵母HD-1」で醸したオール静岡の夏の生酒です。
米の旨味が十分に引き出されながらも、なおかつスッキリとした後口。食材の良さを邪魔しない穏やかな吟醸香と、バランスの取れた酸味が夏の食中酒として絶妙な仕上がりです。
