We use our carefully selected sake brewing with three types of sake rice. It's fun to compare the ginjo aroma and flavor of each.

When steamed sake rice, Aiyama is used, which is called "sake rice diamond" because it glows brightly. This sake has an elegant ginjo aroma, and the deliciousness and sweet and sourness of rice.
