 The autumn tradition of Hiyaoroshi is characterized by its ripe flavor that goes on through the summer.

Aoi Tenka's Hiyaoroshi is a place that is slowly stored and released until autumn, using Aiyama, which is said to be the diamond of sake rice.

 The clear taste and harmony of Muscat-like aroma and acidity are blended, and the mouthfeel spreads on the tongue, giving it a clear, delicious taste, and the moderate acidity brings out the pleasant crispness and aftertaste.
