The water used is "super soft water." Here we present the aroma and sharpness of rice that is brought out through long-term low-temperature fermentation techniques.

This is a very rare sake brewed with sake rice Aiyama and Shizuoka Prefecture yeast (used only by Shizuoka Prefecture sake breweries). It is also known as Shizuoka-style ginjo.
