~Aoi Tenka's Limited Raw Sake ~ Junmai Ginjo

Part of the brewing method is brewed in the Nanbu-ryu (Iwate Minami-bu Toki Brewer). Ginginga is a rice that is suitable for sake brewing in Iwate Prefecture, which goes well with the Southern Way. The elegant, subtle, sweet aroma is gentle and has a soft mouthfeel. This is a pure rice ginjo with a crisp, elegant taste.
