This website sells sake produced in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture.
How to order (if using a credit card)
1. Select the item you want to order and click "Add to Cart."
2. Go to the cart screen and check the details of your order. If there are no problems, click "Proceed to purchase process" and enter your payment method.
2-1. If you have specified a desired delivery date, desired delivery time, or delivery time, please select it and click "Proceed to purchase process."
2-2. If you would like a gift wrapping, please select it and proceed to the purchase process. Please note that we may not be able to accept gift wrapping depending on the product.
3. Enter your contact information and shipping address and click "Proceed to Select Shipping Method."
4. Check the shipping method to make sure your contact details and shipping address are correct, and if there are no issues, select "Proceed to Payment."
5. Please enter your payment information.
If the shipping address and billing address are different, please select "Use a different billing address" and enter your billing address.
6. Please check your input details. If there are no issues, click "Pay Now" to complete your order. You will receive an order completion email, so please wait a while until the product is delivered.

●Date of delivery
We ship on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.
After placing your order, the item will be delivered on the specified date within 4 days or more after the date when payment is confirmed. If you do not specify this, we will ship it within 7 days of the date when payment is confirmed.
We will also send you a shipping notification email when you ship.
*For pre-ordered items, we will ship them within 7 days of the date when payment is confirmed after the sales start date stated on the product details page.
*Please note that there may be delays in shipping products due to various circumstances (weather, disasters, etc.).
●Delivery address
In addition to your home, we will deliver your order to your designated location, such as your workplace, a friend's home, anywhere in the country.
*Limited to within Japan.
*Please check the postal code, address, and phone number (mobile phone available) of the delivery address before placing your order.
*Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address. Please check the shipping fee for details.
●Specify delivery date
You can choose the desired delivery date between 4 days and one month after the order is received.
*For pre-ordered items, please select within one week of the shipping date listed on the product details page.
*We have plenty of products available, but please forgive us if the item is out of stock.
*Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
Payment method
Payment methods include credit card payment and digital wallet payment.
●Credit card payments
・Payment will only be made one time.
- Credit cards are limited to those contracted within Japan.
-When placing an order, please be sure to enter your credit card company, card number, name holder, card expiration date and security code.
-Cards are limited to cards in the name of the person who placed the order.
- Credit card debits are based on the membership terms and conditions of each credit card company.

●Regarding returns and exchanges of products
We do not accept returns of products due to customer reasons. However, if the product is delivered differently to the product you have applied for, or if the product is scratched or damaged due to an accident during delivery, please contact us using the inquiry form below within 3 days of receiving the product and send it to us by cash on delivery. Please note that we accept exchanges only for unopened and unused products.

About the sale of alcohol
When selling alcohol, we will not sell alcohol if we cannot confirm that we are over 20 years old. When ordering alcohol, you must agree to be over 20 years old. Please note that we cannot accept your order if you do not agree to it.
