Sake brewed with three types of sake rice. Enjoy the pleasure of comparing the ginjo aroma and taste of each.

Sake brewing rice of Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, which is suitable for sake brewing, is polished and brewed using the characteristics of "M310" yeast to create a sake with a ginjo aroma reminiscent of melon from yamada Nishiki. And,  It has a mild taste with low acidity.
